Especially when the tilt windows are completely open and a refreshing breeze blows through. A lot of love went into the interior design. Just as much as goes into everything we freshly prepare in the kitchen. The menu always includes delicious fish straight from the lake or sustainably-caught fish from the sea. Meat is sourced from the surrounding area as are the market-fresh vegetables and salads. L’O also has an extensive wine list with countless rarities. The terrace at L’O offers guests a truly magnificent view. From its wooden planks, you can see down the lake all the way to Zurich. Maritime enjoyment takes on a whole new meaning here. It’s wonderful how a lovely summer day can stretch out long after sunset. And even when the weather is less than perfect, we will gladly serve you up some of that summertime feeling.

Molteni is the name of our kitchen, and it sits right at the centre of the action. It is also called the Rolls Royce of kitchens. And rightly so! We like it so much that we don’t want to hide it. That is why it is open and prominently on display for all our guests — a set up that our kitchen brigade is also fully on board with. This sense of pride is tangible on every plate we prepare. For example, when a choice piece of regional meat or a lovely fish is prepared on the charcoal grill. Or when vegetables are simmered, cauliflower roasted, mushrooms sautéed or a Wiener schnitzel is pan fried. And the wine cellar is just as royally outfitted as the kitchen.
